Kentucky White’s Country Music Show – a two-month residency at Walker’s.   From the hollers of Kentucky to the jazz cafes in gay Paris to the busy streets of San Paulo, the first Wednesday night each month will be filled with country music. Loren Broaddus Trio at Walker's Jazz Lounge! Loren Broaddus is a jazz French horn player and composer in the Kansas City area; he is originally from Springfield, MO. He has performed in a variety of venues in the KC area, including the Ship, Vine St Brewing Co, Homer's Coffee House, and Westport Theater. Loren's regular working trio includes bassist Andrew Voggesser (out of Des Moines, IA) and drummer Matt Robertson (also from Springfield, MO), a tight rhythmic pair who treat the material with a sense of adventure.
