B-Side unveils their new holiday album ‘Zat You, Santa Claus? 10 of your favorite holiday tunes with new arrangements and a fun jazz vibe. B-Side founding members, Steve Hatfield (drums) and Christi Moore (vocals) have been playing and singing together since 1995. They have performed together at Cabaret Oldtown (where Moore was owner for ten years), Music Theatre Wichita (where Hatfield has been playing drums for 30+seasons), Crown Uptown, the Mean Steves (their Duo) and now B-Side. “Steve’s arrangements ave inventive and we felt like it was time to lay some things down for posterity” Says Christi. “We wanted to make an album that feels fresh but still feels like home. We feel it’s something playful, something cozy, and something you’ll want to spin every year”. B-Side also features guitarist, William Flynn-the head of the WSU Jazz Dept. and Zach Lorenson on Bass. These four formed B-Side in 2019 and have enjoyed playing locally and beyond ever since. Walker’s Jazz Lounge is a terrific venue where the music is the focus. With delicious charcuterie and fabulous cocktails, you can sit back, relax, and let the music take you away.
